Our Global retail division has started the business as a sales dealer of Retail Pro International,LLC in July,2002.
Today, we are providing the service which is focusing on Retail system for Speciality store not only "Retail Pro" business but also the business as the sales dealer of "R+", "the helpdesk service" for the other retail system and so on.
RetailPro prism is the retail system for Speciality store which is developed by RetailPro International LLD in US. RetailPro is currently used in 18 languages in more than 110 countries in the world. In Japan itself it is used in more than 2,000 stores and globally more than 54,000 stores are using this system.
R+ is the mobile application which allows more efficient store management and communication among the people who is involved in the retail management. R+ application allows us to do complicated daily tasks and reporting tasks from mobile itself and helps to increase the working efficiency too.
Global IT Helpdesk
We are providing helpdesk services for the retail system by answering the inquiries asked by the store staff and office staff. With this, we are providing consultation support on other retail system as well as other provided systems.
